Posting on Facebook doesn't work anymore

We've noticed that some of our scheduled post campaigns for facebook has been failing. It's showing this message on the reports tab: "Only owners of the URL have the ability to specify the picture, name, thumbnail or description".

Please fix this as soon as possible.
