Posting to a web service using JSON

I have a job to do for someone and it's a new area for me.  Can someone help, or take the job over please? 

Background:
  • Source data in a simple table in a Creator database.  Records added manually or via CSV import
  • User wants a button on a View or on a Creator form that can post to a web service, using JSON
  • We have the web service URL and it uses Basic authentication, for which we have the credentials
  • The JSON format has 4 parameters:
