Posting to Database

Ok, forget about my last post. All I want to know is if it's possible to insert a record into a Zoho form, from an external website, without forcing the page to refresh?

I will learn any language I have to, I will do whatever I have to...I just need a way to submit a record into the database, without a page refresh.

Currently, the only method you have listed is submitting a form. That refreshes the page. I need my plugin to execute onLoad. So if it automatically posts, then refreshes, the user will never be able to visit the startup page. Regardless, I don't want them refreshing, in the first place.

Please do not let this be one of the many posts I've come across that we're never answered from 2 years ago. Please just tell me if it's possible, and then simply how. If it can't be done, can you redirect me to a place where this can be done?
