Posting to wordpress blog sets time incorrectly

Hello,

I have a self hosted WP blog. When I create and post a doc from zoho to my blog, it works fine. I see the post in the admin panel. However, even though the timestamp is the correct time, it tells me the blog post will not be posted for another 5 hours ...
I have checked my TZ settings in WP and zoho and both are set to -5 US/Eastern.

Has anyone else seen this and know how to fix so the post will be published straight away ?
