Private sorting in Task Kanban view
Hello. I am still adjusting to using Zoho as my company has recently switched. I found the Kanban view of My Tasks to be one of the view ways I can organize and understand workflow. The problem is every time I make a single switch of any project, it sends emails out to all people involved in the project A coworker came to me in panic that her inbox was flooded with adjustments I was making. I was just changing priorities and how they're viewed for my own sake - I wan't changing dates or milestones or any other aspects of the tasks - just how I viewed them.
Is there any way I can make these view adjustments privately?
