Probable bugs

I created a user with an email id, which i then deleted. however when i try creating that user again with the same id it gives a username of its own choice and wont let me change it.

also i set 5 tasks of which two were completed. i set them to 100% and they they correctly went to the completed list. under reports i can see them in list view but not in chart view. it says no completed to do task available. its a little strange thats all.
