Problem accessing on phone

Zoho docs works well on my PC, and my collegue can also use it on his laptop, but although it worked OK on both of our phones at first, just recently we have both encountere the same problem, which is that although the folders and individual files are correctly listed on our phones, when we try to open any file we just get the message "error in loading".

I tried uninstalling the app from my phone and then reinstallilng it and registering, but the problem is still there.

Any ideas?
