I'm having a problem when calling a function via "custom Calling". I have a grid view where I show the "departments" of a "Company" and from there I want to call a function "GoEmployee" where I have to pass through 2 parameters, (CompanyID and DepartmentID) but I can not pick the CompanyID because of the field type that was assigned to that field at the moment of the creation. 

   I have attached an image that illustrate what my problem is. 

   Any suggestion will be very appreciated.
