Problem: Cannot update status of the contact record via workflow when record is not updated

Hello,

Our contacts are updated daily via API.
When they are not updated, I would like to change the status into "Not updated" for example.

I tried to do it via a workflow but I do not know how to trigger it as the record is not modified.

Who can help me find a solution?
