Problem connecting social accounts and file upload

I have two brands that I manage in Zoho, each with their own social profiles. I didn't have any issues for the first few months, but recently the Instagram for one got disconnected and no matter what I've tried, it won't reconnect. If I go into the settings it says it's connected, but when making a post or looking at the brand the Instagram account won't show up. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Also, when uploading an image (specifically a PNG), when I go to the actual post after it's posted by Zoho, the images are blurry. I've switched to jpg's and it's usually fine but every so often it will post extremely pixelated even if the actual image isn't. Any ideas or thoughts on this would be helpful!
