Problem with the Dropdown Show choices in alphabetical order

Hello, I am having a problem (may be a bug), where I have created a dropdown that onLoad gets all the account names from the CRM, I have checked off the checkbox that says " Show choices in alphabetical order", but it is not alphabetizing them. Is there a way to fix this please?
