Change a shared app with no source to have access to source?

Hey i have been trying for way too long now to get an application to share properly and be able to update it and move the data.  This seems to be impossible.  I have several support tickets open on this one and have run out of time to fix this.

Finally, I have decided to scrap this completely. Its just not work the time anymore as it seems impossible  It's going to create a lot of work needing to make updates an application once for every one of my customers separately even though they all use the same application but it is what it is i guess.

Anyways, because of this i am now stuck with a database that it is impossible to move the data and i cannot update because it was originally shared without source.

My question, is it possible for someone at zoho to change an application that was published without source to have access to the source?  It was my account that shared the application in the first place so there is no security issues.  My account that the application originally came from is Strategicsystems.

The application I need to have access to source now is Inventory Management on account invman01.

Can you please make this change? Is this possible?  Other wise i am facing a nightmare.
