Let’s take a look at the new features and enhancements that went live across all Workplace applications this July.
Zoho Mail
Worried about losing your Pocket bookmarks? Don't worry we have got you. Effortlessly import all your Pocket bookmarks into Bookmarks application in Zoho Mail using the Import from Pocket option.
Default and customizable keyboard shortcuts are now available for Shared Mailboxes in the Mail Keyboard Shortcuts settings.
Improved address book display in Compose page
The Address book has been enhanced to appear as a pop-up window instead of a drop-down menu when clicking on the CC field in the compose page.
Notes added within a group can now be filtered by the user who added them, using the new Added by option in the filter.
Reader view for Shared Mailbox emails
Easily view all your Shared Mailbox emails in a clear, distraction-free Reader view for a better and more focused email experience.
Week and Month view in Calendar eWidget
Quickly view all your events organized by week or month using the Week and Month views in the Calendar eWidget.
Conference support in Calendar eWidget
When creating an event through Calendar eWidget, you can now select from multiple conferencing options, including Zoho Meeting (audio/video), Zoom, Webex, and Microsoft Teams.
When you create an event using the 'Add to Calendar' option in the email preview, any attachments included in the email will now be automatically added to the event in Calendar eWidget.
Using Smart Add in the Calendar eWidget in Zoho Mail makes creating events faster and easier. Simply type a quick phrase like “Product Meeting with Team tomorrow at 3 PM,” and it will automatically create the event for you.
Zoho Calendar
You can now add rooms tailored for you based on your priority like favorites, default location, floor, and building.
Get to know the custom permissions set for participants when creating an event. With permissions button, you can see the count of participants with specified permissions.
Zoho Cliq
Zoho Projects integration update
We have updated the settings for sending Zoho Projects task updates to channels. In addition to a cleaner layout, you now have access to a central toggle button to easily turn all channel notifications on or off.
Delete messages in bulk
Select and delete up to 25 messages in one go, instead of just 5. Cleaning up conversations is quicker and less repetitive now.
Zoho Connect
Our search just got a lot more advanced. With our new Natural Language Processing (NLP) search, you can type queries like you talk. For example, you can simply search “tasks assigned to me last week” or “files shared by John” and get precise results instantly.
For newbies in Connect, you can now add pre-filled sample data to help you get familiar with the platform. Explore tasks, forums, groups, feeds, manuals, town halls, and events, and learn how things work. It’s the fastest way to learn by doing.
Sharing your task has become more flexible than ever. With the new share task section option in Boards, you can collaborate with precision. Whether it’s a checklist, a set of tasks, or simply a discussion section, share only what’s needed with the right people. This is perfect for cross-functional teams and external collaborators.
Zoho Meeting
You can now integrate Zoho Meeting with thousands of popular apps through Zapier integration. Automate your workflows effortlessly without any coding needed—so you can focus on what truly matters.
Zoho Show
With the introduction of Zia AI in Zoho Show, you can
- Instantly generate presentations based on your visual style and content tone
- Add more slides to existing presentation

Zoho Trident
You can now switch between Reply, Reply All, and Forward directly in the Mail Composer, even after starting with a different action. (Available on Mac only.)
With the new Add to WorkDrive option, you can now select and upload multiple email attachments at once. This makes it even easier to move files from your inbox to WorkDrive without the extra step of saving them to your device. (Available on Mac only.)
With the dedicated search bar in the WorkDrive widget, you can now quickly locate files and folders. (Available on Mac only.)
Quickly compare and manage simultaneous events with overlapping and split layouts. This makes scheduling conflicts easier to spot and resolve at a glance. (Available on Mac only.)
You can now invite users to view task details, leave comments, add attachments, and collaborate on tasks so everyone stays aligned and nothing slips through the cracks. (Available on Mac and Windows.)
Following its
addition to the Workplace bundle, Zoho Vault is now available in Trident as a widget. You can easily manage your passwords and confidential information, view all of your stored passwords, edit them, share them, or access passwords shared with you, all without leaving Trident. (Available on Windows only.)
Are you working at odd hours or from a different time zone and wondering how to message your colleagues without disturbing them? You can now schedule your messages to be sent when your colleagues are available.
Forward messages from one user to another by simply dragging the text message and dropping it into the chatbox.
You can now use slash commands from the chat box inside the Cliq module of Trident to execute frequently performed actions like pinning messages or muting channels. Quickly execute actions with built-in or custom slash commands.
You can now start and join meetings scheduled from the Cliq web app from Trident. You will also receive timely reminders to ensure you're available for your scheduled meetings right on time.
Have you ever typed out a detailed response to a colleague but couldn't send it because something urgent came up? No worries, you can now access your message drafts in Trident's Cliq chatbox across the Cliq web and the Cliq mobile app, allowing you to edit and send the messages from anywhere.

Zoho Vault now supports Czech, adding to our list of 10 supported languages. This update helps make your workforce password management experience even more personalized and user-friendly.
Zoho Writer
Automatically trigger document generation in Zoho Writer via events from third-party applications using incoming webhooks.
With the record_id parameter in Zoho Writer's Merge APIs, fields related to the given record ID are automatically fetched from the Zoho app. You don't have to spend time manually mapping records and fields in the Deluge code.
