I think that ZProjects already has a template creation function added. Is this correct?

Can I, and if so, how do I make a template of the information below, that includes use of the timer for a tel.call log file?:

*date and hour of call;
*duration/length of time of call;
*frequency of calls;
*type of call-local/domestic long distance/international;
*description/summary of call;
*cost of each type of call;
*contact/person spoken to;
*next action.
