Scheduling a meeting should allow entering the agenda, special instructions, required reading, etc. An additional text box where we could enter the body of the meeting request would do the job.

Of course, if ZOHO would like to go even further, a real and more formal meeting management tool would be great... But for now, just a multiline free text box would be great.
