During a evaluation, I am unable to play around with the publishing feature. I have a number of questions as to what can/can't be done.
I expect to be creating a directory of family members (large family reunion) and the report needs to be embedded into the family web site.
I saw that it would be available to google crawler and others, which may or may not be a problem. But I will have a subscription for about 4 or 5 users, but the report potentially will be accessed by hundreds of people. How does the licensing affect this?
By extension what about adding a form? There is a form that I may want to design. Will my web users be able to add/edit forms?
When a form or report is published, does the user see only the published item? I assume that they will not see the dashboard or other forms or reports.
I'm sure my questions will be answered in just under 2 weeks after I register my subscription, but it would be nice to know now. :)
