Query regarding the send email

HI

I have question regarding send email functionality in zoho creator.

 To : r.EmailId 
 From : zoho.adminuserid 
 Subject : "Regarding subscription to our newsletter" 
 Message : "Your subscription is approved"

If i want to address to be dyanmic then in that case do i need to have paid account because it is not allowing us this in free account
