Recieving error: "New Record - Cannot be done due to change in form ownership."
Hello all,
I create a form via Zoho Forms. If is used so that when a user books a meeting on our website, they are added as a lead in the CRM. Right now, after filling out the form, if I look up the entry, there is an error in the "CRM Status" column. It says "
- New Record - Cannot be done due to change in form ownership.

I see that I can change the ownership, but I am not sure of the effects of that and if it would work. Please help me understand how to proceed so that our potential clients can be added to the CRM as leads without an issue.
