Can someone give me a recommendation for a new client I have?

The company is a Car Repair Shop (They fix and do maintenance of cars).

We need to begin to get all the info of his clients and the info about their cars.

I initially think about in Creator: Do an app for Clients and a form with all the info about the client and his cars.

For example: Name client, Id Car, Date to change oil, Quantity of miles/kms, Brand of car, Date to change battery...

It is just all the info about the car... But we are talking about clients... So maybe its better to use Zoho CRM instead!

My client is not interested in the near future to use a full CRM. The initial step is get all the info about his clients to do marketing strategies. But if we have all the clients info in a CRM I thinks is a plus for the future.

What do you think? Or maybe use both?  Any recommendation?
