Is it in any way possible to make a record summary conditionally?

For example:

When, in a form, question 1 is not answered and question 2 is answered I want only to be shown question 2 and the answer on question 2. So the question 1, which not has been answered, is blank. Or is there an other way to generate such a summary? Maby trough pages?

I really hope someone can help me I even want to pay for the solution and maby you can help me build it.
