recurring meetings

I would like to schedule a meeting on the 2nd Monday of each month. When I say to recur monthly, it puts it on the same DATE each month.

Also, the hover text on the meeting in the meetings tab shows the meeting as occurring daily for 10 occurrences, however it's on the calendar only monthly.
