Am new to zoho and actually planning to create a APP for my business and have been working in that for days and have lot of query now.so came here for help
q.1
I need to how to populate one look up field with data, which is actually not in this form already for example
LET FORM-1 have a field called GC number
Let FORM-2 have a Look Up field of FORM-1 with GC number.
Here i want form-2 lookup field to display records which is already not entered in form-How do i do that.
Q.2
In one form 1 , i have one field name total qty recd
In form -2 i am dispatching that total qty recd partly in different vehicle.
for example if i recd an totaly quantity of 100 and disptaching the same with 3 different vehicles with 20 each.
Now i want a report which should show total qty recd , and total qty dispatched.and totaly qty balance.
Once i click on the disptached it should show the clear dispatach details of 3 vehicles it was done.
Kindly guide me how to do this.As am slowly starting to use zoho, i think this ll solve a lot of problems for me.Am totally new to zoho, but have experience in coding with ms access and have been using MS Access app for almost 10 years.sucessfully and now wana migrate to zoho.
