Report Options

Is it possible to create a report that shows things like (for a portfolio of projects):
1. Client identifier
2. Project Title
3. Who the PM is
4. project start date
5. est project end date
6. Project health (green, yellow red)
7. and then a text status field

If yes, can it be exported to a CSV or Excel format?
