I've posted previously that on resume list view, I'd like to be able to change which field display so I can see the information that i need at a glance. I understand that there is no customizable view for that page at this time, so I tried to customize the form and change the name of the field and the dropdown categories within it.

 

Current Job Description field has default dropdown of "fresher, project, team lead etc" and this is the field that shows  up on the resume list view. I open up the form to customize it, changed the title of the field to Job Interest and changed the dropdown list to things I need to see (Developer, Accounting, etc). I saved and went to list view and it still lists "fresher" in the field. I went back into the customized form and the info that I entered was still saved but was not associated with the field in list view.

 

Why will it not recognize the new dropdown list?
