Rich Text Task Comments

Is there anything planned to add more editing functionality to the task comments which are currently plain text? It would be nice if we could add decoration to task comment text, such as underlining, italics and making text bold, and also colouring text. In fact if the comments box was like this forum post control it would be ideal.
