roles

Currently a role is bound to the entire portal (all projects within it). It would be more useful to have the role bound to the project instead. Manager is a powerful role and generally we would want those permissions to be related to the project they manage instead of all of the company's projects. The admin would assign the roles for each project they are assigned to.
