Safe Mode, copying files

Greetings -

I have not been able to reboot a client computer into Safe Mode using Remote Assistance. The session ends after I tell the client machine to Restart. Is it possible to boot a client computer into Safe Mode? If so, how is this done?

Also, is it possible to copy to and from the participants desktops? Any help appreciated.
