Is it possible to have Sales Targets/ Sale Budget created for each customer with same or different products. Our customers give us sales forecast/ budget at the begining of the year. We would like to have that in zoho crm and send our email reminder to the customers

also this will help us plan internally with the sales team on what targets were missing exactly. 

Note that I tried using the forecast option in CRM but it ony has the function to add forecast to territories and roles. However my forecasts/ sales budgets/ targets are for each product and then matched to a specific customer.
