SalesInbox - IMAP security

Hi all,

We have been using Zoho CRM, but our IT does not allow us to connect our Outlook account to Zoho CRM, due to the security concerns that IMAP has.

Please see the following article that shows that legacy e-mail protocols like IMAP are prime targets for hackers.

I am sure that thousands of businesses have connected their Outlook accounts to Zoho CRM through IMAP. Are they all vulnerable to these password spraying attacks? Is there not a different way to be able to use the SalesInbox without IMAP or POP3?

It would be a pity, but our company has to consider switching from Zoho CRM to another CRM system if this is the case.
