Why is this feature not across the range of Zoho Apps ?

I have a customer who insists on using a Microsoft Enterprise Sign-On, which is not available on Creator, which has forced me to start investigating Knack.com which does offer it.

Any updates or a definitive answer would be appreciated.

The diagram online, indicates it is across Zoho Applications, but that appears not to be the case.
