Schedule a Service (Booking) from Zoho Desk and integrate
Hi,
Im using Zoho Desk in Kanban View (Status Mode) and i do like it for the most part, use it everyday, but what i really need, in Status Mode, is an option, where i can see if a client has scheduled a Service or not.
1. I want to know/see what the status is, about the booked service.
There is no connection between Desk and Booking. So i have to look and search in Booking for it, and with many tickets open, i lost the overview, and its very easy to mis the client that not booked a service yet.
I setup an automation mail, to send my client a link, so they can book the services i want them to book.
If for some reason, the client cannot access his e-mail, or i want to book him, when i have him over the phone, i need to switch too Booking, while i prefer to stay in Desk and book it right away from the ticket, and that i can see the schedelude service on the card of that ticket in Status Mode.
2. I want to be able to book (pick) a service within the ticket and without switching to Booking.
This way a booking would goes much faster.
I work with a Schedule Service Status... use an automation e-mail to send the link to the Service, when i change the ticketstatus, but i can't see anything about it in Desk.
I need a statusview in Desk about the booked services.. and if the booking did not take place, i can resend it or pick up the phone and call my client to book it right away etc.
So pls integrate Booking in Desk and make Desk a more powerful Service Application.
