Typing something in the search box, the search function should search also in the Issues' description.

At now, for issues, the function search only into the issues' title.

This would be very helpfull to avoid lost of time searching the desired activity.

For tasks, the search function looks both into title than description of the activity.

Please enable the same also for Issues
