As of now (September 2025), Zoho FSM lacks a global search functionality, which makes it difficult to quickly:

  • Find specific Work Orders by number or keyword

  • Search for customer records or contact info

  • Locate assets, jobs, or service appointments

  • Filter historical jobs across modules easily
