Send Mail editor dialog box does not show rich text options.

Send Mail editor dialog box does not show rich text options.

I am trying to create a series of automatic emails that can be sent out from my Zoho Creator database, but the Rich Text tab is not showing in the Send Mail editor window, nor can I edit the Message in Script Builder mode. 

All I can do is manually type out the emails in Free Flow Scripting mode and I do not know all the formatting options such as bold.

Does anyone know if this feature has been disabled?  Is there a way to turn it on?
