Send Mail with a formated address Name <email@email.com>

I am not having success in formatting an email address in deluge, and have it sent using the Send Mail function

I want to format as follows: John Smith < john@zoho.com>

I can not seem to add the <> using deluge.

is there another way of doing this ?

In other words I want to personalize the address.

is this possible ?
