Sending task and meeting notes by email.
After I complete a task or meeting and complete the notes section, can I copy/paste the text into an email. And then send to project team members or other parties. If I could capture the task/meeting notes for later email it would save extra typing/preparation. Also this history would be in task notes and we wouldn't have to search for an email. Just a thought. If I can do it now, I didn't see it in the FAQs. www.dougcaldwell.net
