Sendmail Custom Action

Hi All,

I'm very new to Zoho and coding in general. I'm looking to create a custom action that will allow the user to select a record or multiple records and email it to an email address they specify (or at least to themselves if that's not possible).

Is this possible?
Can I email the record using a record summary template?
