This is probably a question for developers as it only seems to be an issued on applications published from Developer account to client accounts.

Usually a client would update how they want to view their time (12-hour vs 24-hour) in the Settings of their application, and the time fields adapt to that setting for user input.

I am finding that this setting isn't useable on applications published from a developer account. I.e. the client is unable to change their time-zone or the 14 vs 12 hour setting. Furthermore in this instance, on the developer end I have 12-hour time selected on this application, however the client end is stuck on 24-hour.

Does anyone have experience with this and what I might be missing if this is possible to achiever 12-hour times on the client end?
