All the staff in our organization completes similar projects.  We have set up a project template to make it easier for each staff member set up their projects in Zoho.  In order to share the template with all staff, we had to add each staff member to the project template.  Problem is that when a staff member creates a new project using this template, all users are listed in the new project and, since we are all managers, the project owner cannot remove those of us who do not need to be involved in that particular project.

So, how can we share a common template but not all the users that come with it?
