Share data on the web

Hi,
I have a fairly simple database in Access that is for my family - total family members 200. It contains names, addresses, phone numbers, birthdates, divorced, etc.. I would like for family members to search the database - read only, but be able to edit their own record. Although there are 200 people I would doubt that more than 50 would ever use it to edit.

I have also been learning Filemaker but I am not seeing how to do that without paying a lot of money.

Is there a way to do this with with Zoho?
