I like to share a particular form publicly, so anyone can fill in the particular form. 

I am following your instruction  https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/application/application-sharing.html#Make_Public_to_all_visitors_over_the_web, but I don't see the option "make public..." displayed. I can only share with individual users or groups.

How do I enable the "share publicly" feature?
