Hi

I have a paid subscription for the Zoho Analytics. I have created several dashboards and shared with several users before without any issues.

Today I created a dashboard, and shared it with 2 new users who I bought subscription for. For some reason, both the users are not seeing the shared dashboard. I have tried deactivating, reactivating, revoking access and again giving access. Nothing seems to work.

Dont know what to do as the other shared dashboards are working perfectly fine and are being seen by the other users.

These are 2 new users and they are not seeing the shared dashboard for some reason. Please help.
