Sharing contacts between multiple users

Hi everyone. I'm brand new to Zoho and want to know if contacts / leads / potentials, etc can be shared between users. My company has 2 people - my husband & me.

Ideally, we want a system with one shared database that records both our email history, in addition to the ability to switch between users or operate on two machines to send individual emails with our own signatures.

We used to use Goldmine with a server that provided same (two users with own email address, sharing the database), but want an easier, cloud based system. Can anyone help me with this? There may be answers somewhere within the forums, but I just don't know where to look. I thank you in advance.
