I'm trying to create a bill using the API, my contacts/vendors are linked to CRM so they can only be linked with 1 "organization_id".

If I try to create a bill for a contact/vendor in a different Organization I get response " The server has not found anything matching the URI given"... 

How can I share contacts/vendors between Organizations?
