I've created an application and would like to share it. 

I have added the user in Settings -> Share -> Shared details,

but when he tries to enter the app he gets the following error message:

"This application is not accessible.

Sorry USERNAME, you are not allowed to access APPNAME. Please contact this application's administrator."

When I try to invite the user through Settings -> Share -> Invite, both "Select Users" and "Select Groups" windows are stuck at "Loading", so I can never pick a user or group. When I try to enter the user email manually I get an error message.

UPDATE: I have deleted all the sharing permissions and removed the user from my application. Than I have added him again. now he gets the following error:

You have logged in as EMAIL. You are not allowed to access this application.
Please click here to login as a different user.
Click here to go to your Home Page.

ANOTHER UPDATE: very weird - When I add the user's email, it is added with the email name and than "2" ( ravidsand@Comp.com is added at ravidsand2) but when I invite this email in Settings -> Share, in the "Share details" it is shows as username and than "1" ( ravidsand@Comp.com is added at ravidsand1) - I guesse this is a problem. How can I fix this? removing and adding the user and inviting him again did not solved the issue.

Or maybe this is the problem - going into the users section, I see the other user active, but I have an error message saying all users are inactve and that I need to upgrade - why do I need to upgrade? I can have users even in the free version....
