Sharing task status or Gantt chart with non-project members

I have tasks for my department of three people, and Zoho is working fine for that. For now I'm evaluating the free version. I'd like for everyone in my organization to be able to view my department's tasks and statuses so that they will know when we can get to other projects. However, the project URL just takes me into a login page. Is there a way to let non-users view a project, or export the information in a web-based (not csv) format?
