We are currently integrating our form with "sheet" to collect the data. The Sheet is collecting all of the form values but the values from the "subform" are not showing up in the "sheet" ...Nor is the section

Is this possible?

I found an article where it was suggested that I create a form for the elements of the subform. Then when I use the custom subform add....it will ask me to choose - "blank"-new subform - or existing... I do not get this existing option.

The structure is:

Number of Attendees

First Name-Last Name-Food Preference
