Show Custom CSS Changes in SalesIQ Preview

Hello Zoho SalesIQ Team,

We truly appreciate the ability to customize the chat window using custom CSS via:

Settings > Brands > [Select Brand] > Personalization > Appearance > Upload Custom CSS.

This flexibility is extremely helpful in aligning the chat design with our brand identity.

However, we noticed that custom CSS changes are not reflected in the live preview available within the SalesIQ settings interface. This creates a challenge, as we are unable to visually verify or fine-tune design changes directly within the settings environment.

Feature Request:

We kindly request that any custom CSS or related visual customization applied to the chat window be reflected in the preview panel within the SalesIQ settings. This would allow us to:

  • Instantly view the effects of CSS modifications

  • Adjust styles more efficiently

  • Ensure visual accuracy before pushing changes live

This small addition would make a big difference in the customization workflow and improve usability for design teams.
