Hello,

i have a big problem with the deluge integrated CRM functions.

Every Call like zoho.crm.getRecordById("Contacts", xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)

returns

{"message":"Invalid Ticket Id","code":"4834"}

This works fine on yesturday, but today all of our CRM Functions are Broken!!!

The ID definitely exist!!

NEED fast help, we have over 200 customers on our Portal!!
