We presently use Adobe Sign. 

82% of our customers who apply for our product online are on a mobile phone. 

We need to be able to not only email clients a document link, but send it via SMS. 

Could Adobe Sign support these either via (a) existing native features; or (b) could this be built out by our programmers using the SDK / API.
